What's the timing of Strife removal? When Invaders have reduced Health per Strife, do they get it back before damage is dealt?
The Strife is removed before they deal Damage
(JE rules p. 7, Ravage Timing sidebar)
. This means that if their Health is reduced by Strife
(via effects like the Panic Fear card)
they get their Health restored first.
This matters if Dahan are dealing damage simultaneously to Invaders, with powers like Words of Warning or Why Don't You and Them Fight.

Can you use the threshold effects of Innate Powers, even if you can't use the effects above them?
Yes, each line is evaluated independently, depending on the Elements you activate the power with.
(You are allowed to pretend you have fewer Elements than you actually have, but need to be consistent for the whole power.)

, deal 1 bonus Damage to an Invader that's already taking Damage. (You can't use it to deal damage to more Invaders than there are Dahan in the land.) For

, damage boosts can only apply to the Dahan and Invader taking damage from each other.

respect limits on "What

this Power have damaged?" This may include caps on the number of Invaders being Damaged, or specification of exactly which Invader(s) are to be damaged.

The Slow phase. The elements you had in the Fast phase are irrelevant; you check at the moment you're using the Power.

Yes, yes, and yes. As usual, if Strife is used, remove 1 Strife.
