Where is Range in the text of a Spirit-targeting Power measured from?
From the presence of the Spirit following the instruction (usually target Spirit) unless the Power explicitly says otherwise. Use the Range bonuses (if any) of
the Spirit using the Power, which may not be the Spirit measuring Range.
To cover specific cases:
- For "Serpent Wakes in Power," each Spirit adds Presence within Range 1 of itself.
- "Blazing Renewal" explicitly measures Range from the Spirit using the Power, even if they're not the one adding Presence.
