When against The Habsburg Monarchy (Livestock Colony), does "Irreparable Damage" (additional loss condition) check for 8+ Damage each Ravage Action, each Ravage Card, or each Ravage Step? Similarly, over what span is the Blight limit checked?
Each Ravage Action and the whole game, respectively. It doesn't matter how much Damage is dealt across a Ravage Card or an entire Ravage Step, just how much is dealt by one Ravage Action in one land. And the player-count-based Blight limit never resets – it tracks all Blight added that way across the entire game.
