When can Dances Up Earthquakes put Energy on impending cards?
Dances Up Earthquakes can only put Energy on impending Power Cards in two ways:
- When making a Power Card impending, they can put any amount of Energy on it.
- When gaining Energy from its Presence Track in the middle of the Spirit Phase, they gain some amount of Energy (usually 1) directly onto each impending Power Card, based on which spaces are revealed on their top Presence Track and which Growth option they picked that turn.
