No, "Home of the Island's Heart" applies to your Incarna whether or not it counts as Presence at the time. Any attempt to move it to a Coastal land fails – it and all Invaders, Dahan, Beasts, and Presence that would move with it instead stay where they are.
(There wasn't space to fit this extra restriction on the Aspect card.)
