Does Isolate prevent Blight cascades?
No, Blight is not an Invader. ("Entrap the Forces of Corruption" does stop Blight from cascading, but only because it explicitly says so, not because it isolates the land.)
Thematically, the conditions that stop Invaders from easily moving around the island, don't stop ecosystem damage from spreading.
