Raisins on Fish Days (second try)

Steps
- 
Mix almond flour and water in a small saucepan, and set over medium heat.  Bring to a boil, and simmer for a couple of minutes until it begins to thicken slightly.
 
- 
Add the raisins and saffron; reduce heat, and continue to simmer slowly until fairly thick.
 
- 
Remove from heat.  Stir in the salt, sugar and coriander.
 
 
 
Notes
This is a retry of 
Raisins on Fish Days -- the day after that reconstruction, I noticed almond flour in the grocery aisle, and realized that it might well be closer to the intended effect than what I'd been able to achieve with a too-small mortar and pestle.
Also, I readjusted the timings and proportions based on that first try.  This one comes out considerably less sweet, so the flavors of the ingredients come through a bit.  Still not much saffron color, but a bit of saffron flavor manages to come through, and works well.  Coriander flavor is still pretty muted.
