If "Weave Together the Fabric of Place" joins lands on two adjacent boards, how does that work with "On each board" effects?

The conjoined land is considered to be on both boards. An "on each board" effect could affect the conjoined land twice.
In particular:
- A Build Action in that land can be the "first successful Build Action" on both boards for an Event like "Eager Explorers" (and thus cause 2 Explorers to be added).
- If an Invader Action is granted a bonus "on each board" – like extra Explorers from "Mapmakers Chart the Wild" / "The Empire Ascendant" (Habsburg Mining Expedition Level 6) or extra Ravage Damage from "Civic Engagement" – then that bonus applies twice to each action in the conjoined land.
