Notes
Use the real skillet, not the non-stick.
Reduce the chicken to 1 lb. Add a large broccoli crown, and at least one more bell pepper. (Cut the broccoli medium-small, and toss in with the broth.)
Add 1-2 Tbl Spanish Smoked Paprika, and a couple Tbl minced nacho slices (pickled jalepeno).
Garnish with a bit of fresh cilantro.
