Transcribing dish as we do it, since I've tweaked a lot of details. Note that these proportions are a bit thicker and spicier than the original, and for half as much fish.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Line the broiling pan with foil, and hit it with a bit of Pam, but not a lot. Dry the fish, put on broiling pan, hit with a bit of salt and pepper, and brush on one layer of glaze.
Broil 6 min on low, then add another layer of glaze. Another 2 min on low, then 4 on high.
