Shopping List

  • 1 or 2 pieces not too thick fish, 1/2 - 3/4 lb
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 3-4 Serrano peppers, or 1-2 jalepenos
  • Kari leaves
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk

Staples Used

  • turmeric
  • Brown mustard seeds
  • Minced garlic
  • Ground coriander

Notes

Light coconut milk makes the sauce watery.
For half the fish the recipe calls for, use half the rub, but a full recipe of sauce, to go over veggies
Uses: Stove
Goes With: Sweet (and similar) peppers, lightly steamed and served with the fish and sauce.
