Ingredients

1 Cabbage Heads (quartered)
4 Leeks (medium-sized)
2 Onion (medium-sized)
2 cubes Chicken Bouillon
2 cubes Beef Bouillon
6-8 cup Water
1 pinch Saffron
1/4 tsp Cloves (ground)
1/8 tsp Cinnamon

Steps

  • Quarter cabbage, mince leeks and onions and boil them together in water and bouillon. When cooked through, drain and add saffron, cloves and cinnamon and serve.
