(1 medium onion, cooked and minced)
1 clove
Garlic
(minced)
Steps
Sauté soft onions in oil. When slightly browned, add beans, then garlic. Cook well.
Notes
Use small white pea beans
or
pinto beans.
We served poudre douce and poudre forte, etc. on the side.
Also we added chopped parsley as a garnish.
Try mixed beans. (which are period?)
Smells good!
