Character Quality

Subjective assessment of how "good" this Character currently is for the game -- Collection: Optional Type: Thing Type

"Good" is intentionally vague. This includes how interesting the backstory is, how many plots they are involved in, and how many personal ties they have. An Excellent character is ready to roll, and doesn't need much work; a Poor one is definitely not yet ready for prime time, and either needs a lot of beefing up or needs to be cut.
