Turn order cards are discarded immediately after being drawn. Effects which depend on the composition of the turn order discard pile will include the card for the current turn.
Example: Carapace Queen's turn is the third turn since the turn order deck was shuffled. Carapace Queen's Hatch card places a husk in play for each turn order card in the discard pile. Three husks are put into play for the three turn order cards in the turn order discard pile.
