A spell may only be prepped to a closed breach if it is focused during the same player turn that the spell is prepped. If a breach is focused and a spell is prepped and then cast during the same turn, a new spell can be prepped to the focused breach.
A spell prepped to a closed breach must be cast during that player's next casting phase. If an effect opens the breach before the end of the player's next casting phase, the spell no longer needs to be cast.
