Focusing a breach and prepping a spell are separate actions. If an ally focuses your closed breach on their turn, you cannot prep a spell to the breach (unless they also use a card or ability that allows you to prep a spell out of turn). Additionally, since your breach was focused on your ally's turn, you cannot prep a spell to it on your turn without focusing it again (assuming it is still closed).
