Model Only Property

Set this flag on a Property if that Property should be defined only on the Model, not on Instances -- Collection: Required Type: TrueOrFalse Type

This is very advanced, and rarely useful in user code. In most cases, you should achieve the same effect simply by setting the Instance Properties appropriately.
