Set Type:
Thing Type A "meta-Property" is a Property that you put on other Properties, to describe their behavior.
For example, Maximum Number Value is a meta-Property that you put on a Whole Number Property,
giving the largest value allowed in that Whole Number.
Meta-Properties should usually specify Applies to Types, to describe which Types they are relevant
on. When you create a Property of one of those Types, all Meta-Properties that point to it will
be shown in the Property Editor.
This is an extremely advanced meta-Property, mostly used internally, but it may be more useful
for user code in the future.
