Shopping List

  • 2 lb Pork Tenderloin, preferably not much more
  • 1/3 cup whole grain mustard

Staples Used

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Notes

Use the conventional skillet - the non-stock isn't necessarily able to handle the heat
Note that the above is for half the sauce called for in the original, which makes way too much for us. Half should be about right.

Goes With: Works with roasted veggies, but note that you have to juggle the oven
