Garlic-Lime Grilled Pork Tenderloin Steaks

Shopping List

  • 2 1-lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 limes
  • 1 Tbl cilantro

Staples Used

  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp Fish sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 tsp mayonnaise

Notes

Use a bit more garlic than original recipe, but not tons more
Largest part of effort is zesting and squeezing the limes. Could probably use RealLime instead, but the zest probably helps the sauce be so good.
This sauce would probably do well on other white meats - pan seared chicken breast, or even a poached large white fish.
