Upcycling

Rules: Broadly in the same family as Crapper, but played seven stud. Only flushes and straights count. The best five card flush beats the best five card straight beats the best four card flush, and so on. On your bet (on up card deals) if you have a showing pair you may trade one of them for a new up card. If you have trips, you may do this again. You may reveal a down card to do this; the replacement card is up.

Analysis: A bit complex, but an interesting change of pace.
