Rules: Normal Seven Stud, but instead of simply dealing the face-up cards, the dealer offers them to the players in turn. If you want the card, you get it; if not, the offer passes to the left. As soon as someone takes the offered card, the folks who passed immediately get a random card from the deck. If the offer passes all the way around, the card is burned to the bottom of the deck and everyone remaining gets a random card. The first offer rotates one seat to the left each round.
Analysis: Since everyone gets two chances at a card that they like, this tends to develop mildly better hands than conventional Seven Card Stud.
