Jedi Mind Trick
Rules: Choose Your Own, but show the cards one at a time; from lowest showing to highest, choose which other player gets the card. At the end, declare and split the pot high-low.
Analysis: Much harder than conventional Choose Your Own (which is a brain-breaker itself), because you have very little information to work with: reading other peoples' bets is crucial. And since the lowest hand will choose first next time, making somebody else low is a mixed blessing.

Jedi Mind Trick. Get dealt each card face down, then from low showing to high, choose which player (including yourself) gets the card. Simultaneous reveal of the passed cards.
