This is a calculated field that is based on the latest value (by date) in the "How Many We Have Over Time" property of an Item.

The details depend on what this is. If it is a Component, this should be the number of this Component per Item. If it is a Consumable, it means how many we have currently in stock, and should be re-checked near the end of Pennsic, so we know what we have on hand for next year.
