Unit

The unit of measure, like lb or tsp or ml -- Collection: Optional Type: Tag Type

In order to eventually be able to convert between systems like Imperial and Metric, we separate Quantity and Unit. So for example, if you want 1/2 teaspoon, the Quantity would be "1/2", and the Unit would be "tsp".

If that doesn't make sense for this ingredient, just leave the Unit out. For example, if a recipe calls for 3 oranges, you would put 3 as the Quantity and just ignore the Unit.
