The CEO and founder of Decameron Enterprises, which he founded when he was in his 20s. Oversaw its growth from a hobbyist company focused on building better model rockets, through developing some of the earlier effective drones for the government, up to the current Project Sureshot.
Roger was shot and killed by
Seamus O'Malley a few hours ago. That was the one part of Seamus' plan that actually happened as intended. He was 54 years old.
Roger has always been a bit of a gool 'ol boy: his roots were in Georgia before he moved to Vermillion for school; like many of his peers he was a Democrat as a kid, but was won over by Reagan and has been progressing gradually rightward ever since. He has been a member of the NRA for decades, and believes in low taxes as any good CEO does. On the other hand, he has become exasperated by the extreme hard right, who have been damaging the economy by interfering with healthy legal immigration, and he has no truck with interfering with peoples' private beliefs. He supported the Hobby Lobby case, but also voted for Vermillion's first openly gay congressman.
