Allow Public to Read Game

If checked, non-GMs can read this Space -- Collection: Required Type: TrueOrFalse Type

Normally, this Game Space is readable only by the GMs, even if the Space is marked as generally Public -- the Public will only be able to read a few general pages. But if you turn this on, non-GMs can read the whole thing.

This works with another flag, "Require Spoiler Check" -- if that is checked, members of the Public will have to register with Querki and affirm that they want to see spoilers before seeing the GM-only information. Otherwise, everybody will simply be able to read the game.
