- Zero cards can still be shuffled and/or shuffled into a deck.
Example: When Crooked Mask Unleashes (Any player gains a corruption and places it on top of their deck. That player shuffles their discard pile into their deck.), a player with no cards in their discard pile is a valid target. That player would add a corruption to their deck, then shuffle the deck.
Example: The turn order deck is empty and Lash uses Quicken Thought (Shuffle any player's turn order card into the turn order deck. That player suffers 1 damage.). Lash adds his own turn order card back into the empty turn order deck and suffers 1 damage. Since his card is the only card in the deck, Lash will have the next turn.
