Power Cards with Permanent Effects

Name
Power Cards with Permanent Effects
Details
Some Power cards have permanent effects if they are allowed to resolve. If/when these powers resolve, they are no longer considered to be "In Play." The permanent effect is considered rules text that affects the rest of the game. Players can still win the game by decking the nemesis if one of these powers has been allowed to resolve.
Example: The players allowed The Wanderer's tier 2 Power "Protective Aura to resolve (Power 3: Gravehold suffers 4 damage. Place this next to the nemesis mat. For the rest of the game, when a player spends aether to deal damage to The Wanderer, reduce that damage by 1.). Protective Aura is no longer considered to be "In Play."
