Magnetic Conduit and Lucien

The relic Magnetic Conduit reads:

Attach this to any player's opened breach. When a spell is cast from this breach, do not discard that spell. You cannot cast that spell again this casting phase.

In the event that another effect closes the breach after the relic is attached, the specific text of the card will override the general rule that requires you to cast all spells prepped to closed breaches during the casting phase, allowing the casting phase to end with a spell prepped to the closed breach with Magnetic Conduit attached.
