How is bonus damage from Blaze affected by effects that allow the same spell to be cast multiple times?

Name
How is bonus damage from Blaze affected by effects that allow the same spell to be cast multiple times?
Details
When Blaze is cast (Cast: deal 2 damage. Deal 1 additional damage for each other time you have cast Blaze this turn AND for each other Blaze you currently have prepped.), you deal 1 additional damage for each other time you have cast Blaze this turn. Designer's intent is that those other casts do not need to have been a different copy of the card.
Example: Jian has one copy of Blaze prepped to Breach I and uses Black Mirror to cast it. The first cast of Blaze will deal 2 damage (2 base damage, no other casts this turn, no other copies of Blaze prepped). The second cast of Blaze will deal 3 damage (2 base damage, 1 damage for the prior cast of the spell, no other copies of Blaze prepped).
Example: Kadir has one copy of Blaze prepped to Breach I and casts it during her casting phase, dealing 2 damage. During her main phase, she uses Otherworldly Gate to recover and prep the same copy of Blaze. Using a relic, she casts Blaze during her main phase. The second cast of Blaze will deal 3 damage (2 base damage, 1 damage for the prior cast of the spell).
