When Z'hana's Eternal Ember (or other spell with a similar effect) is cast from a +damage breach (typically Breach III or IV) and the second cast option is chosen ("Cast: Cast one of your prepped spells without discarding it."), Eternal Ember deals a separate instance of damage for the breach bonus in addition to any damage dealt by the cast spell.
For example, if Eternal Ember is prepped to Breach III and used to cast a Spark prepped to Breach IV, Eternal Ember would deal a single instance of 1 damage (0 base + 1 bonus from Breach III), and the Spark would deal a single instance of 2 damage (1 base + 1 bonus from Breach IV).
