Dezmodia's ability Tempest Sigil destroys and replaces a I or II breach, returning any prepped spell to hand, then allowing the player to prep a spell. This can allow a player to used the While Prepped ability from a spell twice in one turn (while the spell is initially prepped, then again after it has been returned to hand and re-prepped), provided the timing triggers for the effect allow it.
