Do spells which deal multiple instances of damage get multiple breach bonuses?

Name
Do spells which deal multiple instances of damage get multiple breach bonuses?
Details
Unlike Echo spells, spells which only do multiple instances of damage do not benefit from a breach bonus more than once unless otherwise specified.
Example: A mage casts Double Tap from their IV breach (Cast: Deal 1 damage. Deal 1 damage. (Effects that modify damage affect both instances of damage this spell deals.)). Double Tap deals two instances of 2 damage since the spell states that effects that modify damage affect both instances of damage.
Example: Taqren casts Double Tap from his opened Defender Breach (+1 Gravehold Life on Cast). Since Gravehold healing does not modify the damage dealt by Double Tap, the breach bonus is only applied once. Taqren deals two instances of 1 damage and heals Gravehold for 1.
