Underscores in variable names go to italics

Summary: Eric pointed out that, on this page, the underscores in $_1 and $_2 were italicizing. I fixed the symptom, but it should happen in the first place.

This should be fixed as part of rewriting the QText parser from scratch in FastParse. $ should be considered a letter when it comes to figuring out if an underscore is surrounded by at least one space.
