Printing

Bootstrap is preventing forms from printing correctly: See the Badges page in A Respectful Calm. This displays properly as essentially a table of cards, but when we print it, it prints one per line. The issue seems to have to do with Bootstrap: when I go into Chrome's inspector and delete Bootstrap from the page, it prints correctly.

I should be able to easily print on cardstock forms: Consider the Item cards, or Name Badges, in ARC. (Mailing labels are another great use case.) We can currently print them by doing some delicate fiddling with CSS, but we can only print one at a time. What we should be able to do is use arbitrary Avery stock, with many cards/labels per page, making it semi-easy for the user to print onto that stock simply by designing a simple Print View and choosing some stock.

Print should do something more useful from the Edit page: Kihou points out that, if you Print from the Advanced Editor, you get the Editor. That's not helpful -- what you want is to see how this will actually print.

I should be able to print a report from Querki: From Dad: I can’t print any report directly from Querki, since it adds half a page of superfluous “stuff” when I try to print. So I have to copy and paste each report to Word in order to print them. Not hard but a PITA.
