I should be able to print a report from Querki

Summary: From Dad: I can’t print any report directly from Querki, since it adds half a page of superfluous “stuff” when I try to print. So I have to copy and paste each report to Word in order to print them. Not hard but a PITA.
Basically, we need to figure out how to strip the page down to its basics, and print just the "guts" of the page.
Note that this story isn't trying to do anything fancy like alternate layouts or formatting -- this is just being able to produce an adequate printout of the content of the page.
