I should be able to reify a Tag from its Display Name

Names, Unknown Names

Summary: Currently, it is straightforward to create a Thing directly, with a given Name, but there is no way to do so with a Display Name. To make Display Names really hum, we need this.

Surprisingly, this turns out to Just Work already, far as I can tell.
