I should be able to manage the Page order in the Space Root View
Summary: That is, instead of just showing it in alpha order, I should be able to rearrange the list.
Alpha order is a good default. But in practice, I often want a specific order. This is one of the things holding me back from just using the default system in my own Spaces and Apps.
This has lots of implications. There would need to be a List somewhere. If this List is empty, use Alpha order; otherwise, use this List.
If I add a new Page, it should still show up, I think. So it would show at the end.
This implies that I want to be able to say, "this Page does not show up at the Root level". That's probably a separate List.
All of this should probably be some sort of drag-and-drop in-place editing available to the owner -- I click an edit button, and can drag Pages around, including into and out of a "don't display" bucket.
