I should be able to group Pages in the Space Root View

Space Root View
Summary: That is, I should be able to categorize Pages in some fashion.
It is not obvious which way this categorization should work. In theory, it would be cleanest if Pages were self-declaring with their categories, but that probably sucks for a UI POV.
In practice, this should probably be treated as an enhancement of I should be able to manage the Page order in the Space Root View. As well as drag-and-dropping Pages, I should be able to create and delete Categories, and drag Pages into and out of them, and reorder the Pages within them.
