From the Explore page, I should have easy access to key reference materials

Summary: For now, putting in links to key Help pages would be a start. In the medium term, pop-in panels would be even better.
Requested by Xavier, who observes that he particularly found himself referring back to the QText and Method references pages a lot, and wanted easier navigation for them. We should probably come up with really concise summary tables of the key info, to be better for this sort of inline reference.
