Explorer UX doesn't work on phone: When I load up "Explore..." on my phone, I get overlapping, unusable elements. See screenshot.

From the Explore page, I should have easy access to key reference materials: For now, putting in links to key Help pages would be a start. In the medium term, pop-in panels would be even better.

I should be able to "load" a Page generated by Explore: That is, think of "Make a Page" as "Save". I should later be able to "Load" and do more with it.

Make Page from Explore isn't bringing over the actual query: That is, when I press "Make Page", the Default View of the created page is empty.
