The Board it Will be Changin'
The words by Bertram of Bearington/Dave Schroeder and are placed in the public domain -- reprint as you'd like!
To the tune of The Times They Are a Changin', by Bob Dylan
Come gather round freefolk from all cross the land,
And admit the BoD members just don't understand,
When pushed to the wall we'll ignore their command,
It's time to start making some changes...
And that high-handed crew will soon see what we've planned --
For the Board, it will be chang-ing!
The line has been drawn, the die has been cast,
We'll never give in and will ever hold fast,
'Til all BoD dic-ta-ting's a thing of the past,
We don't need no stinkin' new waivers...
There's only one question -- how long will they last?
For the Board, it will be chang-ing!
Pray heed all Known World folk, it's now time to choose,
As to whether it matters we've paid corporate dues,
Let's tell the Board members our not-so-new news:
Don't you know that it's you who aren't listening?
Please un-stop your ears and step down, take your cues,
For the Board, it will be chang-ing!
Come S.C.A. people defend our good name,
And don't let Mil-pi-tas say who plays our game,
Our forces are swelling, things won't be the same,
We're going to ask some hard questions...
It's time to re-bel and re-form and re-claim,
For the Board, it will be chang-ing!
