  • 2 lbs chili meat
  • 28 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (I like Stubb's Sweet Heat)
  • Broccoli fleurets

Notes

"Chili meat" is intentionally vague; current preference is one lb ground turkey, one lb Impossibeef.
Use non-stick skillet.
I prefer 1/2 cup barbecue sauce and 1/2 cup water, which is different proportions than the published recipe.
I usually cook half the time covered, then half uncovered to cook down a little, but YMMV -- this comes out pretty solid.
