  • 8 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs (boneless/skinless probably ok)
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 anchovy fillet
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5oz)
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 12oz Swiss chard
