Spinal Tap

Rules: Like Texas Holdem, but you may combine 2 or more number cards that add up to 11 to make a single wild card. Aces do not count as "number cards", and each card can only be used once in this way.

Analysis: Produces a surprisingly large number of wild cards, so this falls to pretty high hands.
