Red and Black

Rules: Eight card stud, dealt 2-4-2. The best red only hand splits with the best black only hand. (That is, think of your red cards and black cards as two entirely separate hands.)

Analysis: Since this is an eight-card game, it has a maximum of six players. It could theoretically be played as seven stud, but hands would be especially bad.

Since trips and boat are impossible, and straights are hard, falls to very low hands.
