Virtual Museum of Games

The Elliott Avedon Virtual Museum of Games was a site at the University of Waterloo in Canada. It is a lovely collection of articles on many different games, with a good deal of depth on the archaeology and history. It is not limited to SCA period, so not everything is relevant, but it's a lot of fun to poke around in. The Museum was folded into the Canadian Museum of History as the Avedon Collection back in 2009, but the Wayback Machine has preserved some of the websites.
