Wind wall poles

• 15.0 poles @ 08/12/2016
• 14.0 poles @ 08/12/2017 -- one of the poles was rotted out
• 13.0 poles @ 08/09/2019 -- only 13 poles were used this year, and I (Xavier) suspect that one of the poles was rotted out
